Tony Strows

Tony has over 15 years of professional experience in the learning industry. Tony leads Kalypso Learning’s team. He brings extensive experience designing and implementing learning solutions for major corporations. Tony formerly held the position of Head of Professional Services for Productivity Point International. Prior to this he has been a partner in a Learning Technologies company and worked in senior positions for UK companies and Government agencies.

Neil McFadden

Neil has over 20 years of professional experience in the learning industry. He is an educational practitioner with an accomplished academic background. Formerly employed by the University of Plymouth to transfer academic excellence into industry, Neil has defined and established new capabilities, process, change management and portfolio offerings for several learning organisations. He holds an Honours degree from the University of London and a Masters degree in Computer Based Learning and Training from the Faculty of Education at the University of Southampton.
